Francesca offers a range of services varying from 90 minute in-depth naturopathic consultations, 30 minute acute consultations and individual or group wellness workshops. All appointments are available worldwide online via zoom or in-person in Amsterdam.
NATUROPATHY
Naturopathic consultations aim to understand the person as a whole. This involves looking at what is occurring for each person physically, mentally, emotionally, nutritionally, biochemically and even spiritually.
Therefore, naturopathy can target the root cause of illness. Using nutrition, lifestyle, nutritional supplements and herbal medicine, natural medicine weaves traditional medicine with the most up-to-date scientific evidence to provide individual holistic healthcare.
CONSULTATIONS
INITIAL CONSULTATIONS
$180 NZD or €110 | 90 minutes
An initial naturopathic consultation involves up to 90 minutes of delving deep into your health history while aiming to understand the root cause of the presenting symptoms. The naturopathic approach gives the practitioner a deep understanding when it comes to the physical, mental and emotional factors that may be affecting your heath. Natural medicine weaves traditional medicine with the most up to date scientific evidence to provide individual healthcare.
From here, Francesca will create a personalised health plan using evidence-based research that will target your heath goals, using herbal medicine, supplementation, nutrition and lifestyle.
Included in this initial consultation is up to a 90-minute initial consultation, you will recieve a health summary a week later by email.
Your health history, current and past medications, budget and lifestyle will all be considered when determining your custom health plan.
FOLLOW UP
$70 NZD or €45 | 30 minutes
Each 30-minute follow-up appointment provides an opportunity to assess client progress, monitor and potentially alter the health plan if required. Follow-up appointments also provide a chance for you to ask further questions, to bring up anything new that has arisen as well as giving the practitioner a chance to provide additional suggestions so that you can continue your healing journey.
SUPPLEMENT REVIEW
$70 NZD or €45 | 20 minutes
This is an oppertunity to get access to practitioner only supplements and ensure that what you are taking is quality and contains everything you need. I can review the supplements you are on and suggest alternatives if required. This is perfect for those who are seeking preconception supplements, pregnancy supplements, or support for mood, sleep, gut issues and beyond.
