Francesca is a degree-qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist from Auckland, New Zealand, currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Francesca specialises in women’s health, hormones and fertility. Francesca also works as the Director of Nutrition for FUTURE WOMAN (a UK based hormone testing company). 

She has spent the last thirteen years following her passion by immersing herself in her studies of Psychology, Iridology, Herbal Medicine and Natural Medicine in order to greater understand the human body and brain.

Her mission is to use a combination of herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle changes and nutritional supplementation to empower women to live a balanced, healthy and happy life while ensuring to instill long-term positive change.

Francesca is deeply passionate about helping you to become the most thriving version of yourself through a holistic, patient centered approach to health. She offers one-on-one online worldwide consultations for specialised and tailored healthcare and in-person in Amsterdam.
